Rupert Wainwright directed ten spots for Reebok including the spot "Wall of Chang," starring tennis star Michael Chang. His first spots for Reebok featured the comedian Sinbad. Wainwright encouraged Sinbad to improvise and the resulting footage from the two-day shoot was cut into five spots, a campaign which won Wainwright an Effie."
