Susan Blackwell - Creative Content Director

Susan has over 15 years experience as a senior creative in New York and London. She has worked on major brands in healthcare and pharmaceutical arena, including, Wyeth, Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline, AstraZeneca, and Heinz. She managed creative teams during her career in NY, and worked as a consultant in London, often being called on to create and develop concepts for new business.

Nicolas Beucher - Design Director

After completing his degree in Fine Arts and Multimedia at Paris13, Nicolas joined Anatomique / LeWebStore, the first French site dedicated to new trends and ermerging arts, as a graphic designer and art director. In 2001, he branched off and worked as a freelance designer and art director for both web and print. He has done work for a broad cross-section of industries from Arts & Culture (Japan Foundation, The Cube, Chris Luxereau, Asian), Design (Jerome Olivet Navy Diesbach), and Fashion (Shinichiro Arakawa, Sonia Rykiel, Daniel Crémieux, Ichthys, Natalia Brilli).

Olivia Grandperrin - Art Director

Olivia graduated from the École Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs, Strasbourg in 2006 and has since worked as a designer for creative shops throughout Europe including Euro RSCG New Europe in Prague, Publicis Worldwide in Paris, and Grandpeople in Bergen, Norway. She has produced poster designs for the Kemistry Gallery in London, logotype work for Foreign Policy magazine, and worked on the conception of the visual identity for Camera Japan Film Festival in Rotterdam.

Massinissa Harissen - Concept Director

Massinissa began his career at Publicis Groupe in Paris working on brands including Bayer, Astra Zeneca, Pfizer, and Proctor & Gamble. He has since worked as a creative consultant assisting in the development of big ideas, headlines, taglines, and signature lines for brands including Novartis, Bel Foods, Logica, Purina, and Nokia.

Sabine Nadja Groux - Insight Director

Sabine has over 10 years of experience in the USA, Latin America, and Europe. She has worked on a wide range of consumer products for companies such as Dannon, Coors, Hennessy, and Remy Martin. Her experience includes new product development, brand positioning, trends, and forecasts. She is a specialist in ethno-marketing studies and practices a wide range of research techniques including multi-media and consumer co-creation.
