Barker Gerard works as the Vice President of Production for Adore Creative, however, before joining the team Barker worked in both film and television.
Gerard has held post-production supervisor, production coordinator and producer positions at major Hollywood studios including: Universal, Sony, Paramount, Warner Brothers, DreamWorks and Disney.
Gerard began his career in the Film/TV industry working in the art department on the critically acclaimed feature, "The Squid and the Whale.” Gerard then began working in Hollywood for several productions including: Barbershop (Showtime), Everybody Hates Chris (CW), My Boys (TBS), Hannah Montana (Disney Channel).
As a producer, Gerard has spearheaded numerous projects ranging from small market independent films to large big budget studio features including The Ruins (2008). Gerard, before joining the team at Adore Creative has independently written/directed/produced music videos and web series with over a million views.
Gerard, born in Pittsburgh, PA, carries a Film Production degree from Boston University where he also played soccer.
